Please take a peek at our online booking system. You can book, reschedule, and cancel* appointments on our patient portal. You may also add yourself to a waitlist if the health care practitioner is fully booked.
Since we are also transitioning to a paperless clinic, all our Intake and Update forms are online. This includes a short Mandatory COVID-19 questionnaire.
You may cancel appointments online 24 hours or more before your appointment. A cancellation fee will apply when cancelling less than 48 hours before your appointment.
